DESIGN-BUILD AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT


In recent years, various stakeholders seem to agree that the majority of future projects will be undertaken as design-build and/or project management mandates. In the former, the design and construction phases of a project are combined in order to reduce costs and construction time. Tomas construction is very proud to have been utilizing these methods since the early eighties. We have completed numerous design build and management contracts in the commercial and light industrial sectors.
